Payment for services provided for the development and/or maintenance of a website is made to the bank account of individual entrepreneur Dmitry Anatolyevich Alyabov in accordance with a previously concluded agreement for the creation and/or technical support of a website. Such an agreement is concluded individually with each client, it specifies the working conditions, technical specifications for the contractor, as well as the agreed amount paid to the contractor for the completed order. The availability of an advance payment and payment terms are also pre-agreed in the contract before the start of development.
Refunds can only be made under the conditions specified in the contract individually with each client. After mutual signing of the work completion certificate, claims against the contractor and requests for a refund will not be accepted.
When paying for an order with a bank card, a refund is made to the same card from which the payment was made.
